Foston Europe is aware of Corporate Social Responsibility. Several aspects will be discussed with which we create value on economic, ecologic and social grounds.
Welfare of the coworkers
At Foston the welfare of our coworkers is very important. The welfare is promoted by the provision of a healthy, safe and good working environment. Additionally, open communication is stimulated which results in a relaxed and positive atmosphere. The satisfaction of our employees has a positive influence on the workflow.
Furthermore we provide training within the company, contributing to the individual development of our employees. We also offer a contribution to the development of young people through the provision of internships.
The support of a charity
Foston annually supports the charity Fundación Novaterra which works with people who experienced a lot of setbacks in life and led to, or has a risk of, exclusion from the society.
Foston strives for a ‘paperless office’, which means that the usage of paper is reduced. Our documents are mostly sent digitally, unless there is a specific desire to obtain it on paper. For what we do print, we use duplexing and avoid color printing.
Moreover we have just started with the purchase of new and efficient company cars. Our efficient way of working also allows the prevention of unnecessary kilometers.
