The time has come to say goodbye to our three interns Annick Derks, Anton Welling and Deborah Berman. These three great students have done our organisation very well. For that reason we want to thank them for their contribution in the internationalization and value to Foston Europe and above all they were great additions to our team.
Anton and Deborah already left in the meantime. Anton, a student from the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen, the Netherlands, has done his graduation internship here. He has conducted research about the integration possibilities abroad of Foston´s own software ¨ControlCenter10¨. Deborah, an English student from the University of Nottingham, England, has done her third year bachelor´s degree internship here. Deborah has conducted research for the United Kingdom healthcare market and has reported all the different options for Foston in this market.
Annick, an International Marketing and Communication student from the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen, the Netherlands, also has done her third year bachelor´s degree internship here. Annick was responsible for studying, designing and implementing (online) marketing activities for the international brand. As remaining intern she wanted to share her experience at Foston Europe:
Annick Derks: “I am very happy that I got to do my internship at Foston Europe and I am very grateful for this experience. I have learned a lot and I really enjoyed contributing in the internationalization of the Spanish company. In addition, there was always a great atmosphere in the company, with genuinely friendly and involved colleagues. Me and the other interns have done our best to meet the language and culture of our Spanish colleagues, and our colleagues have done this the other way around. I really enjoyed my time in Valencia, inside and outside the company, and to live like a real Spanish.”
